DO IT DO IT DO IT!!!!!! You’ve been curious, so just give it a shot! We know that committing to a series can be questionable, so grab your gal pals and come out for an intro class! You’ll love it!

Join us on Friday, July 12 at 5:30pm, or at 6:45pm. Please register below, and remember spaces are limited! $20

In these classes, we will incorporate yoga as a method for warming up and cooling down. However, the primary focus will be utilizing the pole as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. Pole fitness is sure to work your whole body, with an emphasis on building core and upper body strength. You’ll experience improved flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, and CONFIDENCE!!! If you’re looking for a way to come out of your shell, this is the place. Come fall in love with yourself, inside and out!
