Looking for something beneficial, yet slow and steady? Need to incorporate movement, and improve balance and strength? Need something to clear your mind and help you to relax? Come try this introduction to our Gentle Motion yoga class. The first hour we will review benefits of having a yoga practice, how to incorporate the use of chairs, blocks, and blankets as aids, and review how to modify common postures. During the second hour, we will go through a 1 hr yoga practice in a class setting. The Gentle Motion class regularly occurs every Tues & Thurs at 10:30am. This class is suitable for varying ability levels, and ages.
Investment is $30, and includes unlimited classes for the month of May.
